A front end loader is usually used in construction industry to load and unload the soil, sand, gravels and other construction materials. The Front End Loader Inspection Checklist can be used to check the following parameters mentioned below;
- The body of the vehicle should be in good condition
- Cabin should be neat and tidy, free of rubbish
- Door should be installed with lock to prevent the misuse or by any incompetent person
- Cabin should be protected with ROPS and FOPS
- The hydraulic oil, engine oil, brake oil, water level in their respective reservoirs should be up to required limit
- Air pressure in the tyres should be appropriate
- Hydraulic cylinders should be in good condition, lifting mechanism should be functional
- Engine compartment should be locked
- Warning lights, front and rear lights should be function
- Side mirrors and rear view mirror should be in good condition
