A Truck Mounted Man Lift is used to raise the workers to perform the work activities in a safe manner at height. The equipment is provided with an extendable boom, a cage/work platform for workers to stand and work. The attached checklist can be used to check the parameters that can jeopardize the safety of worker and equipment when in use.

Following parameters are to be verified.
- The body of the equipment is in good condition.
- The cabin interior is in good condition.
- The wirings, control are functional and safe to use.
- The seat, seat blet, are functional.
- The door is provided with lock to prevent misuse.
- Water Level, Engine Oil, Brake Oil, Hydraulic Oil levels are as per requirement.
- Engine and battery are in good condition.
- Fan and Fan Belt are in good condition, functional, and working properly.
- The work bucket is in good condition, provided with door & guard rail to prevent the fall during work.
- The toe boards are installed to prevent the fall of tools and objects.
- Safe work load is mentioned on the bucket.
- Front, Rear, Claxon/ Warning lights, brake and parking lights are installed and working properly.
- On bucket, light arrangements are made for workers.
- Indicators and Cabin interior lights are working properly.
- Reverse horn is working properly.
- Tires are in good condition, air pressure is correct, and spare tire is available.
- Fire Extinguisher and Safety Cones are available.
- First Aid kit is available in the cabin.

The checklist is just a sample. The user can modify it according to the need and equipment.
