Screeding work is a process when the concrete finishers cutoff the extra concrete from the surface and bring its level to the proper grade and smoothness.
The work activity can be performed using a team as well as the equipment including the Screed Machine. The other methods include use of timer or wood bar to remove the extra concrete and making it smooth and of proper grade. The activity is performed when the concrete is wet.
During screeding process, the other services e.g., electrical, heating, water piping can be placed to ensure concrete covers them properly.
