The PTW Register is used to ensure the record of issued and cancelled Permit To Works is maintained and readily available to cross check the issued and cancelled Permits.
The register is developed in MS Word and MS Excel format. The MS Excel format also contains the conditional formatting which means, if any permit exceeds the time limit, the duration will change color.
