It is an earthmoving equipment, actually a skid steer loader with high flotation rubber tyres that enable it to move and work in poor underfoot conditions. It is used in excavation, loading, unloading, as well in grading activities.
The attached checklist can be used to ensure the equipment is inspected, and declared safe before use.
