Side Boom Crane is a type of equipment used in the construction industry especially in pipes and heavy cable laying in trench or tunnels. As compared to the normal crane, the crane boom is installed on its side. The vehicle moves forward and the boom keeps working e.g., lowering pipes in the trench without changing position.
The attached inspection form can be used to inspect the vehicle in order to ensure it is safe for use and free of defects. The inspection can be performed as a pre-use and even after use to ensure the vehicle is in good condition without any defect.
