Rescue Basket Stretcher is used in special emergency cases, such as the mountains, offshore marine etc. The basket is attached to the lifting machine e.g., rescue helicopter through a sling, makes it ideal solution to deal with any special emergency situation.
The basket is used to airlift the patient or injured person from the area where helicopter can't land due to unfavorable conditions. The patient is placed in it and harnessed with the helicopter.
